Julia’s thorough knowledge of Qigong and its applications is second only to her passion for it.  It’s very refreshing to have an instructor who wholeheartedly believes in what she teaches.  Her anecdotes about elderly practitioners of Qigong are especially inspiring.  She is truly somebody who sincerely practices what she preaches, and that’s a good thing considering her breadth of knowledge.
